The Catalog contains metadata for thousands of monitoring stations, including their geographic locations, what organization(s)/project(s) are using the station, what is being monitored, dates of activity, data quality/methodology, and other information. This page allows you to browse all monitoring stations in the database, or to filter the display to include only selected stations. Water-CAT, The Florida Water Resource Monitoring Catalog, was developed for the Florida Water Resources Monitoring Council by the Water Institute at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. The goal of the project is to collect and disseminate information about water monitoring activities in the state of Florida. Funding for the project is provided by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
